Before selecting membership level - please read carefully the outline of services
available for you. We offer membership levels to accommodate any budget. There's
never been a network like GemFind.com - this network gives consumers the
choice to see items first at retail locations or buy directly from the network.
And of course there's never been a jewelry network like GemFind that shares its
revenues with its affiliates, even when they don't see the customer in their store
or make the sale directly.
For Consumers:
GemFind offers a unique shopping experience for consumers to purchase items through
a safe and secure shopping network. Consumers will know that they are buying items
from fine retailers and not some unknown entity on the internet somewhere.
Consumers have the option to BUY NOW from the network or SEE IT
FIRST at local GemFind affiliate near them - affiliate items such as
loose diamonds, engagement rings, finished jewelry and watches are available for
viewing in person..
For Affiliates:
Retail Affiliate - GemFind offers a unique opportunity for retail jewelers to sell,
either their own merchandise or manufacturers merchandise through our BUY NOW
or SEE IT FIRST network. (There are two levels of membership available
in this area, see below for details).
Here's how it works for loose diamonds in Level I
- retail jewelers can upload their own loose inventory; utilize existing inventory
from various diamond vendors as well as their own vendors’ inventory all with
their own mark-up capability. They will introduce these diamonds in their area via
ZIP code search by consumers. Once a consumer finds a particular diamond of interest,
they will have two options - BUY NOW or SEE IT FIRST
- if they choose to SEE IT FIRST, they can call or email the affiliate
for an appointment to see the diamond in person. If they wish to BUY NOW
- they will be able to buy the item from the network through a safe and secure shopping
cart. And if the consumer chooses the later, the affiliate will receive 20% of the
net profit as commission based on their territory.
Who makes the sale of the diamond? Under Level I
membership: If the diamond of choice is owned by the affiliate showing the diamond
under SEE IT FIRST; then the sale, taxes and return policy is the
responsibility of the affiliate - no commission is paid to GemFind. If a diamond
is sent by a diamond vendor to an affiliate to make the presentation, then the affiliate
is responsible for shipping charges back to the vendor if the diamond is not sold.
However if the sale is completed through GemFind's shopping cart - GemFind will
send a check to the diamond vendor and the affiliate for their commission under
the BUY NOW feature. Either case the affiliate gets compensation for the diamond
being sold.
When a diamond is sold through BUY NOWfeature.Level IIf
the consumer decides to buy a diamond without seeing it first from an affiliate's
ZIP code - the affiliate receive a 20% of the net sale from GemFind, even if they
never saw the customer. (Minus applicable expenses)
Here's how it works for finished jewelry & watches;Level
I-The affiliate has two options to showcase
merchandise to consumers. They can showcase and upload their own finished
jewelry and watches, along with their own retail mark-up. Second: They can showcase
manufacturers’ merchandise that they work with or GemFind’s contracted
manufacturers.
Under Level I, the affiliate as an optional feature can
also link the virtual inventory on to his website for a fee.
Under Level II BUY NOW/ SEE IT FIRST feature: Any
diamonds or finished jewelry or watches introduced the consumer under BUY NOW or
SEE IT FIRST must come from retail affiliate inventory. If the consumer
decides to buy the diamond through GemFind’s shopping cart, GemFind will process
the account on behalf of the retailer. (processing fees apply, see below).
SEE IT FIRST feature: When the consumer clicks on SEE IT FIRST
for any item – this means that they have the intention of coming into the
store and seeing the item/s first hand. A page is dedicated about the affiliate
jeweler to the consumer to let them know they are buying from a reputable jeweler.
The consumer can call or email the affiliate for the item of interest. NO COMMISSION
TO GEMFIND.
BUY NOW feature: If a consumer decides to purchase any item from
the GemFind shopping cart – GemFind will process the account on behalf of
retailer and manufacturers. Depending on who owns the merchandise GemFind will charge
applicable fees for this service.
Membership & Affiliation Options:
PLATINUM Membership: Monthly membership fee. Retail jeweler becomes
a GemFind "Level 1 Affiliate" with access to GemFind's virtual inventory
whereby consumers within their ZIP code territory can come to the store to view
and purchase merchandise and sales made online result in a commission. Additional
Benefits: upload store inventory and pricing capabilities; "About Us"
page on GemFind.com; GF Access desktop software; GF Search; and optional GF Network
marketing tools, including GF Ring Builder, GF Diamond, Jewelry & Watch LINKs,
and Shopping Cart - $350 Per Month GF Diamond, Jewelry, Watch Link, Ring Builder, Shopping cart
- $150 Per Month
GOLD Membership: Monthly membership fee. Retail jeweler becomes a GemFind
“Level 2 Affiliate” which allows them to upload their store merchandise
for purchase online by any GemFind.com visitor, and consumers within their ZIP code
territory can come to their store and view merchandise before purchase. Additional
Benefits: “About Us” page on GemFind.com; GF Access desktop software;
and GF Search. (GF Diamond, Jewelry & Watch LINKs are not accessible at
this level.) - $275 Per Month
BUY NOW Processing Fees: GemFind will charge a processing fee of 10%
for Finished Jewelry and Watches and 5% for Diamonds on all
retail affiliates merchandise only - this includes credit card processing
fee for any items listed and sold through the BUY NOW shopping cart. Note:
All other applicable fees, i.e. shipping, handling and insurance will all be taken
into account prior to sending funds to retail affiliate.
GemFind offers consumers a 30 day money back guarantee - if items are returned by
the consumer in satisfactory condition to retail affiliate; GemFind will then credit
the consumer.
GF Access - Desktop Software

professionals' computer. Available by download through GemFind.net at $295 annual
licensing fee (included with Level I & II membership) - it offers industry
professionals tools to search, find, post, and sell anything and everything jewelry
