October is breast cancer awareness month and Rembrandt Charms, Buffalo, N.Y., is asking consumers to wear a pink ribbon charm to show their support for breast cancer awareness and research.
Rembrandt Charms will run its "Pink Ribbon" campaign during the month of October, promoting the sale of the pink ribbon charm through retail jewelers. Rembrandt will donate ten percent of the annual net proceeds from the sale of its Breast Cancer Awareness charm to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Read On
World's Oldest Diamonds Found in Australia
The world's oldest diamonds to date, miniscule gemstones encased in a zircon crystal, were recently found in Western Australia.
According to scientists, these gemstones are 4.25 billion years old. A geologist at Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Simon Wilde, commented: "No one would have really predicted that diamonds were in there." Read On |
