This allows us to deliver your orders quickly to you! Shipping & Handling Cost: Ship your entire order for just $6.95 Plus - cost of insurance. Insurance cost varies depending on the jewelry value. Secure Shopping: We use SSL encryption and the latest technology to ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure. Return Policy: You can return most items sold within 7 days from the ship date. To qualify, simply initiate the return within 7 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition. We must receive your item back within 7 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping, including re-insuring the item. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee 10%. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
